Slough Food revolves around the deli case – it provides the building blocks for our café menu.
The cheese selection combines European standards, like Manchego, Gruyere, Parmigiano Reggiano, with our local gems from Samish Bay Cheese, Skagit Maid Camembert, and Gothberg Farms.
Whether spicy or mild or something in between, our cured meat selection provides something for all palates. We are proud to carry Seattle’s famous Salumi Artisan Cured Meats, including their Mole Salame, and their pancetta.
